So far I love this vacuum. I had to return my Dyson and decided on this for our multiple surface flooring. It’s easy to use and does a good job. As far as carpets go nothing beats the Dyson however for versatility this takes the cake! This is my 3rd shark in only 8 years so I’m hoping that it holds up longer however it does seam to be better overall than the others. Also it’s really pretty. Haha I mean with as much time as I spend cleaning I’m glad it’s pretty. For reference we use vacuums HARD so it’s no surprise we’ve gone through several. We have 2 dogs a cat and 2 small children as well as nieces and nephews making messes in the house so we are constantly vacuuming up something. All of our sharks have done a good job but this one so far is a step above.

I had my doubt about this vacuum, especially with it costing so much. But my doubts were quickly erased once it started sucking up things. And believe how much stuff it actually got out of my carpet on one try.

Had a Dyson V11 motor room a crap after 1 year. Luckily I had the warranty. Got this I liked the cordless and stick style but just more things to go wrong. This vacuum works great, no issues and suction is awesome.

I like the way this vacuum works. It is very easy to release parts to do different areas of vacuuming and also easy to release the bin to empty it. I researched different vacuums and found that Shark vacuums were highly recommended and I am not disappointed.

Generally shark is my FAVORITE brand for vacuums. Ive never been unhappy with a vacuum i have purchased... until now. Pros are great suction, long cord.... and ... thats about it i think. CONS: headlight feature ONLY works WHILE using any brushroll setting - as soon as you switch to the wand the headlights go off (when vacuum shopping the headlight feature is a REQUIREMENT for me, which this vacuum advertised "LED HEADLIGHTS", however didnt mention the limitations to this features availability. Power button is poorly placed and often has to be pressed several times before it actually powers the vacuum on/off. Brushroll settings toggle switch placed in a weird, almost inconvenient, location. There are both pros and cons with this model.. the headlight feature was the selling point for me.. turns out i was mislead. I even read A TON of reviews. Really really disappointed. Wish i had never purchased this vacuum. Way too much money for me to be this disappointed in it.

Was tired of buying cheap vacuums that wouldn’t last due to our German Shepherd that sheds a TON. Totally worth spending the extra month and the suction is AMAZING! Gets all the hair in one pass

You get what you pay for and with this vacuum it comes with everything me and my wife have never had a vacuum that was able to do every floor in our home carpet to hardwood floors in an oleum. We are completely completely happy.

It works really well. The roller head stops randomly. I'm using it on thicker carpet. It cleans really well. I like how the head and body detaches. The vacuum hose isn't long enough to use on bigger stairs without the canister from falling over.

Great performance. Seems a little louder than our older model, but still pretty quiet compared to others. Controls a little awkward to use. Wish it had an auto recoiling power cord.

It literally took me 2 minutes to put it together. It works great. We had just used our old vacuum and decided to test out this one and couldn't believe how much it picked up.

Have not had for long, but so far so good. I do like that it has two carpet options and one hard floor option. Lighted which is nice. Suction is good. Id give it five stars but something about the way it feels isn’t as sturdy as my previous Dyson.

Cleans deep. Rather heavy but can be moved around with out too much effort.. Lift away feature is very helpful in tight areas. Don' run over the cord with it.

For the price, this is a fantastic vacuum. We used it to replace our old Dyson pet vacuum and it does as good of a job if not better.
