Nice all around

I do like that it has two carpet options and one hard floor option. Lighted which is nice. Suction is good. Id give it five stars but something about the way it feels isn’t as sturdy as my previous Dyson.

Very disappointed

Ive never been unhappy with a vacuum i have purchased... until now. Pros are great suction, long cord.... and ... thats about it i think. CONS: headlight feature ONLY works WHILE using any brushroll setting - as soon as you switch to the wand the headlights go off (when vacuum shopping the headlight feature is a REQUIREMENT for me, which this vacuum advertised "LED HEADLIGHTS", however didnt mention the limitations to this features availability. Power button is poorly placed and often has to be pressed several times before it actually powers the vacuum on/off. Brushroll settings toggle switch placed in a weird, almost inconvenient, location. There are both pros and cons with this model.. the headlight feature was the selling point for me.. turns out i was mislead. I even read A TON of reviews. Really really disappointed. Wish i had never purchased this vacuum. Way too much money for me to be this disappointed in it.

A Definite Member Of The Shark Family

Quite surprised of the amount of debris picked up. Just slightly disappointed in its drag; not sure if the drag is from the suction or the weight of the vacuum cleaner. Very long power cord. Allows good reach to different rooms without having to unplug it and move to another power source.

Have never had that problem with this vacuum and it cleans just as well

No more hair on roller

Was choosing between this and Dyson V15. Caught the shark on sale for 130.00 off and already had 165.00 in reward money. Was able to get this for under 200.00. The no hair wrap sealed the deal for me

My old vacuum I would have to go back and forth to get everything up. This will save time for sure. And the base boards will finally be clean. Even the attachment mode picks up dirt first swipe.

One Shark vacuum and you won't have to replace it for years. It's a great Vacume
