Excellent vacuum! Great on carpet an wood floors an easy to assemble

This is my Favorite vacuum. Love the power it has.

Kinda skeptical about the roller in front but it really picks up "extra" dirt that a standard single brush doesn't get , very powerful suction and we do notice more crud in the canister that our Shark professional didn't pick up. The power pet brush also had me wondering , the old Shark's power pet brush was motorized and this one runs strictly off suction that makes the inner wheel spin , you have to turn it down because its more powerful. Overall this is a much better vacuum than expected. Don't cheap out on a vacuum get the best .

A well built machine that is excellent for cleaning, powerful and versatile. Easy to empty and durable.

We were a little leary buying this as it was a little wider than our previous Shark (that lasted forever). It took a bit to get used to navigating it, but it is AWESOME ! The suction this vacuum has is incredible !!!

It does the job well The machineis not too difficult to clean the Inside of. As advertised, hairs do are not getting caught on the roller It's loud and I wish the bare floor setting would turn off the roller

Love love love. I have a black lab that sheds. Did I mention he sheds? This thing picks the hair up, no brush to clean out, it’s just easy to use and easy to dump. Buy it.

Pretty decent vacuum. I replaced a dyson, was a bit skeptical first as wasnt sure how good fins would work, however all doubts were put at rest after using it. Does quite good cleaning on both hard floor and carpets.

Is great, but is heavy. You can not move it easy to everywhere. You can not go under a small space like under the sofa.

The Shark vacuum is way better than my old Bissell vacuum. The power of the suction on this vacuum picks up a lot of stuff along with the spinning roller on the front way better at not get hair tangled up in the brush.

She says it is the best vacuum cleaner she has had. It’s light, maneuverable, and does a great job on our thick carpet.

We have had a Dyson pet vacuum for almost ten years. I couldn’t believe how much more dog hair this shark vacuum picked up compared to the dyson. Whole canisters full AFTER we just vacuumed with the dyson.

Absolutely love my new Shark Vertex. Upgraded from the Shark Navigator and do not regret spending a little more on the upgrade. Awesome suction power and cleans up even after already vacuuming with the Navigator.

Best vacuum! The suction on this vacuum is the best of any vacuum i have ever had. Great for pet owners. Worth the extra $$!
