Great product my old vacuum needed replacement my third great value

A week ago, I would have given this 5 stars. I have a Samoyed, which is a sentient 60 lb ball of hair, and this thing is an absolute BEAST when it comes to cleaning up after it. I ordered it a little over a month ago and had used it many times. However, got it out today and the brush rolls wouldn't work. Ran every troubleshooting thing I could think of, and it turns out the wand that connects the hose to the rollers went out. It's replaceable, but it's another $40 I didn't want to spend on an already pricey appliance. And of course it was 2 days outside the return window and this part isn't covered by the warrenty It's unfortunate. I really did love it

I love how versatile the vacuum is! The brush roll in front helps pick up beautifully and the suction really deep cleans! The floor options is just as awesome as well! I say get it!

Love this vacuum - versatile and easy to use, does an excellent job

I like the fact that not only Kennett clean carpet but it cleans wood floors and tile floors. It gets the dust on the floors and I don’t have to buy any bags I just empty the cup.

Works very well with great suction. It is a bit cumbersome on stairs.

Suction is good. Quality is good. Like the longer cord. Be sure to raise the bottom for plush carpets or the vacuum overheats and shuts off and you have to wait 60 minutes to use it again.

My best investment! Way better than the Dyson. I love that the hair does not get caught in the rollers. The dust bin is of good size and the force that it uses to vacuum is AMAZING.

Cleans even better than my previous shark. The old one didn't break, it was donated to a family member moving into their first rental.

This one is worth every penny. Never had one that works this well. Ps. My own opinion.

Great vacuum! I have owned many Shark brand vacuums in the past and I can say that this one is definitely a top tier product.

I love this little carpet cleaner, its easy to use wet or dry.

We had a dyson for 10 years and it slowly gave up, I finally caved and bought this vacuum…I’m bummed I waited so long. This vacuum is so much better than my $500 dyson!!!

Suction is great. Comes off the wand easily. Only bad thing is the canister does not go back easily after you empty it. Like the extra power cord length compared to the old one

It's done a great job of cleaning. The brush roll has stayed clean. The dirt doesn't get wrapped and tangled inside the bin, so it's easy to dump. So far it's been great.

This vacuum is amazing! Unlike the older Shark vacs, this one has THREE levels you can choose from! You definitely can’t go wrong with that! This vacuum is amazing!

My previous shark vacuum died right before I was to have guests over. I have been a huge Shark fan since 2014. They seemed to die every 3 years or so but because they were powerful and relatively inexpensive I overlooked that. Naturally when my previous one died I immediately looked for another shark vacuum to replace it. I have laminate flooring and tile throughout. A floor attachment was a necessity to me. After a quick search I found a lot of shark vacuums didn’t come with a floor attachment anymore. I found this and maybe one other model that I could not find at a store near me. The other model was slightly less expensive than this one but because I was expecting guests I bit the bullet. I told myself “it’s a shark, it’ll be great”. It just last more than 2-3 years. I knew prior to purchasing it was not a floor attachment but actually the bottom portion detached from the stand up portion. Although it was not ideal I had no idea how frustrating it would be. This vacuum is powerful, sure but the functionality is lacking. Since it is not a floor attachment the hose is still attached to the base. The base is obviously not on wheels. So you have to either hold the base and the wand the entire time vacuuming or put the base down flat on the floor. Carrying both the base and the wand doesn’t seem so bad until you realize you have the entire house to vacuum. CAUTION: if you put the base down you can’t extend the wand as you normally would as the base will fall. Powerful machine but am super disappointed. I will probably return it depending on store policy. Hopefully with a little more time to research I can find a Shark vacuum with a true floor attachment that won’t break the bank. If not, I will look at other brands.

Have only used once so far, but works great. Purchased this to replace another Shark to have the no hair wrap feature. So far, so good! Only complaint is that it is quite hard to push on carpet, no matter the suction. My last one seemed "self-propelled".
