I was sold on the hair not getting wrapped around the brush aspect. I have very long hair and it is just ridiculous cleaning hair out of past vacuums. I haven't had that problem. The vacuum is heavier than I expected. It is the prettiest vacuum that I have ever seen. I really love the "lift away" option, very useful. The long cord is great. I can visibly see the carpet looks much cleaner. There appears to be more dirt in the cup than there is, the cup is SUPER SMALL.

Has great suction especially if you have pets and children. I could see air out the rollers But i never figured out how to apart the bottom and clean the clear top.

Self propelled wonder.
