So far so good. But has a long way to go to prove itself after my original dyson that lasted almost 15 years. Does have a lot of suction but a small container so seems to have to get dumped more ofter

Would've given it 5 stars because this vacuum is a beast. Everything it says it will do, it does it great. But...i have no clue why Shark did away with the LED light on the end of the detachable wand head. That was a great feature on my last Shark i had. Plus, this vacuum does not come with very many attachments. Especially the soft bristle extension tool. Only comes with a shorter plastic snorkel tool, a harder bristle brush, and a powered roller tool for pet hair and furniture or what. But all in all, this is a great, great vacuum.

It works great but is a little too heavy witch makes the swivel feature a little harder to control. You also have to be very careful not to accidentally back over the cord, it will snatch that thing up quick and tear through the rubber coating. Also cannot “bump” things out of the way, vacuum will roll over it and eat it. LoL I would prefer the regular Shark vacuum over this one.

It was good until it wasn't. I've had this vacuum for 2 years now and used it EVERY-SINGLE-DAY! I have two German Shedders, so it did the job until the past week, it started to short out. I wanted to preserve it (because everything is so expensive now) so I decided to take it apart. What a PITA Shark makes dismantling. Security torx scews? Seriously? Like, why though? WHY?? Most of the screws were already stripped (eye roll). When I finally did take it apart I found that it was the motor. I thought it was the belt because it smelled like burnt rubber. Well, it was burnt something. The motor had come loose and I tried to reinforce it back together but I was unable. It was already fried. I guess I expected a longer life for $320 or I would've gotten the one for $50. Also, the cord. When I would detach the cord to dust, it was short and would pull the vacuum on me all the time so you'd need to either hold it in your other hand or have someone hold it for you. Not convenient! For these reasons, I will not buy another Shark now that I need another.

Fantastic vacuum! It does great on hardwood or carpet! I love how much dog hair it picks up!

My wife is a neat freak. So the number one over used appliance in our household is a the vacuum. After a year of owning this one it is still working like the day we brought it home and i am telling you my wife tests it’s limits sometimes but it keeps up with her cleaning.

We found this on sale and it was a great purchase. We’ve tried the other fancy brands in the past, but we keep coming back to Shark because of the dependability and the price.

This vacuum has really great suction and it come with some nice accessories. The only down size is there's no option to turn off the brush.
