    Shopped around and found this $100 less on best buy. You can't go wrong with this vacuum.

    It stopped working, I had my previous vacuum for years and bought this one to replace that one. Now this one just stopped functioning.

    I loved it, until it suddenly turned off on me & wouldn’t turn back on! I had this vacuum for only 2 MONTHS & it just flat out died on me. I kept the manual & read that it could had turned off because of something getting stuck in the hoses or overheating. I cleaned the filters, checked all the hoses & I let it rest for 36 HOURS. It would not turn on! It was a month out after the return period. Thankfully, I did purchase the protection plan with BestBuy & instead of trying to repair it, they decided to give me store credit. I would’ve been short $350 with a vacuum that doesn’t turn on! I got it when it was $100 less. It was wonderful while it lasted. Maybe I just got a defective one. If you do purchase it, I recommend you get the protection plan.

    I used to own a Dayson vacuum, but now that I bought this Shark vacuum I loved it much better then my old vacuum. I highly recommend it.
