    I would love to give it all 5 stars as when it is functioning, it works great. This is the 2nd Shark upright vacuum i have bought in 3 yrs. I purchased this vacuum specifically 11/1/21 and as of 12/25/21 the spinners broke and no longer picks up anything on hard floors. They continue to spin even on hard floor setting. It leaves a trail of dirt behind it. I am super disappointed as I paid almost $500 for less than 2 months use of a vacuum. I am out of the return period as well

    Everything about this vacuum is good except for a design flaw. The back roller cannot be detached so when we caught a thick piece of cloth under the roller it took two of us to turn the roller and pull out the cloth. It should not be that difficult
