    So far it works. Get the warranty if you have dogs. We seem to burn these up in two years so the protection helps.

    Love love love! Picks up EVERYTHING. My dog was limited to only our main floor due to her shedding. I used it to see if it would collect all her hair and it did!

    Really, really good vacuum cleaner. Until the brush head stops working. and it *will* stop working. Shark considers the entire head a "wear" part so anything that happens isn't covered by the warranty. But they'll sell you a new head piece. If you get this, make sure to get the BestBuy plan on it because, when something happens, Shark doesn't cover it.

    Loved this vacuum at first. Worked absolutely great. But I have dogs and it's been 2 years now and it clogs up very easily and they wheel fell off. So after paying $450 I would expect it to last longer.

    GREAT! Works NICELY on both thick and thin carpets AND hardwood floors. Goes UNDER the beds, too! (lots of hard to get to animal hair hides under there!!!!)
