Horrible, Worst, a Waste

It does not work well on hardwood floors and barely works on carpet. The "power fins" take a miracle to get going and stop faster than a speeding car when it sees a cop running radar. The $120 Bissell works much better.

Best Buy customer service is terrible

My vacuum is possessed...
