Posted .We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-14 model number 82BH0006US. When charging your Yoga 7i-14, be sure you are using the correct charging port. There is only one port on the left side of the computer that can charge the computer. It has the electric plug icon right next to the Thunderbolt icon. Only use this port for charging/powering the laptop. You will know you have the right charging port by checking for the LED light that will shine when the laptop is plugged in properly.
