It consistently loses Wifi connection, for me I did it easier to power off and restart to get it to connect again, but it is a real inconvenience when trying to print from another room. Epson in it's greed has bricked the use of aftermarket ink cartridges, this was due to a firmware update. When i bought the unit non-Epson cartridges worked just fine. Paper handling is such a hassle, more than it has to be. For example if you want to print to tabloid size you can't just tell it to print to tabloid from your computer you also have to change the paper size assigned to the paper tray. In my case I have Legal in the lower tray and occasionally print to Tabloid or 12X18. I have to go to the printer and change the settings of the lower tray to the paper size i want to print. As an architect with a home office I needed a large format printer and scanner for the occasional half size print but compared to the HP I had before this is total garbage. I keep waiting for a firmware or software update that will improve the printer but after several years nothing. I cannot express how much i HATE this printer, so much that i am writing this review. Epson you used to be such a great brand you can do better.

Zero complaints besides ink, but that’s very printers issue. Wide format printing and flat printijg a great feature and can print from iPhone

I print on a lot of card stock and this printer handles it all perfectly. I've printed many times and the ink levels are still full. There is a lot to this WF-7840 so I am learning every day. I'm very fussy about printers and this does NOT disappoint. This is my 2nd Epson WF printer.

The connection to the computer doesn’t drop out randomly and I love that you can set up multiple paper sizes and types in the trays
