New ring doorbell

I took away a star because the doorbell does not pick up when amazon delivers a package and does not ring the doorbell, but it was picking up every truck that drove by. My husband said he played around with the settings, but it’s still not working to my complete satisfaction. I do love the camera it works really well and the visibility is great.

In love with my Ring

I am able to see everything thing that goes on clearly. The only issue I have is that my VPN works so well, I have to turn it off to be able to answer the Ring doorbell. I am ok with that once I figured it out. I will purchased another Ring product soon.

I don't live in a bad neighborhood, but still, it's nice to be able to check in at any time. The camera and sound quality are good. I can't really think of anything negative to say. Installation was easy and the Ring app is (mostly) easy to use. I like that this Ring can be powered by a rechargeable battery or can be hardwired using the existing doorbell button wires.

The set-up software also allowed it to use our existing Chime and figures out how to make it ring with no issues.
