Great i love it, easy to assemble and easy to use.

The con side of this purchase is that the owners manual is not for the item purchased, it's for a more updated version, therefore there is so much missing information. The pro side is I no longer struggle, research, etc. I just call Ring 24/7 and get all the help I need. As for the doorbell 2 it gives me a good feeling of safety. I no longer have to speak to strangers, shouting through the closed window. I can stay safely in my home and tell them I'm not interested. Once you install it you will be pleased.

I am in love with my Ring, it wasn’t hard to set up and it will instantly send you a notification if someone is ringing your doorbell or if they had walked up to our door

This is my number 6 Ring product and I have to say that it work really well. Set up was really easy and the battery lasts for at least 4 months. I purchased in November and now I am in 49% battery.

Ring-Video Doorbell has changed how I feel about receiving packages in front of my door, also for monitoring outside my doorway as people walk by.

Much better than the original ring doorbell which it replaced. The color seems much better and it appears that the battery last longer as well. Hopefully the battery doesn’t degrade too rapidly.

Once i figured it all out it was great. Nice being able to keep an on home while I'm at work. The sensor is very sensitive so make sure you figure that otherwise you'll be getting notifications all day.

Your team at the Beaumont store in California have helped me so much. Though only writing on this purchase. I will say I’m very happy with the knowledge and efficiency on picking out the perfect gift. The ring really came in handy and very simple to use for our oldschool loved ones that sometimes find techy stuff some what overwhelming. The you Best Buy team you guys are cool AF…

Definitely a must have! My ring camera keeps track of my deliveries and makes sure they happened. From now on, I will have a camera anywhere I live!

Works okay, not sure if is the way i have it set up but the initial response to record is slow. Other than that it work good and the quality is good

I never thought I would like having a Ring....I admit, I was wrong. Safety is main reason to have, but we have throughly enjoyed startling our family members, too!! I am grateful my husband is a carpenter/contractor, as there was some accommodating to secure properly on our door frame. And, needed our daughter and son to help with set up...was a bit tedious for us....I am not tech comfortable at all and husband just annoyed with process....we had to call for tech assistance, but was helped and all in past now! Love our RING!

I love this doorbell. It works great and picks up motion pretty well. I originally had the ADT doorbell which was trash. This is a great option. I also brought the chime so I can hear it ring upstairs.
