It's ok for the most part. However there's a couple of few things that I dislike about this camera. The speaker and communicating to the outside is very, very horrible. It's kind of difficult to figure out the use of the camera. Overall the camera ain't worth a 100 dollars that it cost to buy it. After buying this 100 dollar ring item and it wasn't satisfying to me, then I don't think that I'll buy anymore ring items. Sorry but not sorry.

I am able to see who comes by and when packages get delivered. I can see and speak to who ever is at my door regardless if they ring the bell or not. The community and real time reports of what’s going on in the area I live in is pretty cool as well.

The Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen.) is compatible with b/g/n wifi networks operating on 2.4 GHz frequencies. High-speed internet is recommended. If your Ring device is far from your wifi router, it may be experiencing connection issues. Connection issues can cause poor performance including delays and issues with video quality. To learn more about your device's signal strength, follow these steps:
Open the Ring app.
Tap the menu (☰).
Tap “Devices.”
Select the ring device you would like to test.
Tap on the “Device Health” tile.
Scroll to “Signal Strength” under the “Network” section.
The green, amber, and red colors are indicators of your device connection. Green is good; red is poor.
Move your wifi router off the floor.
Walls, floors, and furniture can interfere with or weaken your router's wireless signal. Choose an elevated, central, open location for your wifi router to ensure optimal performance.

I love being able to see who is at my door whether I'm home or not. Also, I recently caught a delivery truck damaging my mailbox and was able to provide video to the company with my claim.
