Just pull firmly on the bracket to remove it.

You are asked if you need help and you are directed to go where you need to for your purchase of whatever the need is. Everything is done on a professional matter and that counts a lot for me. Speaking for an older senior citizen lot's of times people don't want to help us. I thank you Best Buy for training your staff to treat your customers no matter how old, in the right way.
