The only problem I have is you cannot control the volume of these speaker that is facing outside the camera when you interacting with person at the door and it's LOUD Hoping this gets address in future updates.

With Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation), stay connected to your home from anywhere by seeing who’s at your door and answering it right from the Ring app. Enjoy enhanced features like upgraded video quality from 720p HD to 1080p HD, Near Zone motion detection in areas as close as 5 to 15-feet in front of your home and a reimagined mounting setup that simplifies installation. To adjust the volume on the speaker, please follow these steps:
Open the Ring app.
Tap the menu (≡).
Tap Devices and select the doorbell or camera you'd like to adjust the volume on.
Tap the Device Settings tile.
Scroll down and tap the General Settings tab.
Tap Volume Settings and adjust the slider tab for Device Speaker according to your needs.

Or even when we are away from home. I also love that I'm able to view videos around the neighborhood, on my cell phone anytime. I"m thinking about purchasing more items that the Ring has to offer for my home.

The only complaint I have is that it does not work sometimes. I have a nice expensive router that is very close to the doorbell but it still says the wifi connection is poor. This causes me to not be able to watch the videos in my history unless I reconnect it to the wifi once or twice a week. Other than that I love that I can see a view of the front of my house when I am away.

The Ring Video Doorbell (2020 release) is designed to send real-time notifications and connect you to live video when visitors trigger the built-in motion sensors or ring the bell. Being alerted and connected to activity in a timely manner is vital, so you can see and speak with your visitors.
If you are experiencing delays in connecting to video, we will want to look at the connection between your wifi router and the Ring doorbell. The signal strength to your router is a key point for the connectivity of your Ring device. There are three main factors that can weaken your wifi strength:
1. Physical obstructions
2. Competing wifi networks
3. Other electronics
You can check your signal strength within the Ring app in the Device Health tile. The RSSI stands for Received Signal Strength Indicator. The RSSI measurement is all the factors that are hurting your signal at the receiving point. While RSSI is measured on a scale of 0 to -99, there won't ever just be one cause that is the culprit for a low RSSI rating. To get the most from your Ring device, aim for a signal of between -40 (near perfect) and -70.
