    We had trouble getting the doorbell to ring inside. We had to do a hard reset and reinstall the app. They fixed the problem. Other than that, the doorbell has been fantastic! Sometimes there is some delay, but I can go back to the video and see what was delayed.

    I am very happy with this Ring doorbell. This really helped me with packages being delivered at my front door. With the 2nd lockdown due to Covid, I ordered everything from groceries to office supplies so I am very happy whenever I get notification of someone being at my front door.

    This was bought for my mother in law. It’s works great. Little hiccup in the beginning getting it connected to her phone and stuff, but after about 10 minutes, it connected and it’s been working great for her.

    The Ring Doorbell has been a great addition to my security. The video capturing could use an upgrade as it is blurry and grainy a lot of the time. It also doesn't seem to be capturing a lot of images even though it is motion sensing objects.

    We purchased this for our front door. After about a year the sound got very muffled and crackly. Replaced it with a used doorbell camera from Amazon. Picture quality is still decent so we use it in another location.

    Its a Christmas gift for our grandson. They've been have issues with a person so they want to catch him with the ring and ring door bell.

    I bought the ring door bell May 27, 2024. This month (July 2025) it stop working properly. It stop connecting to the wifi which I bought a wifi extender specifically for it to be near the front door. It also loses battery life within days of fully charging it. It’s ridiculous. Today July 18 I bought a new one from target, the battery operated one. Let’s see if the battery operated one is better then this piece of junk.

    Love my Ring doorbell! Monthly cost is not that much for just the doorbell, but we have it included all in our alarm system. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
