I have 2 of these doorbells and they are amazing. The picture quality, sound and overall quality is great. It is easy to navigate the app and review footage. I have recommended this product many times and would continue to do so.

Absolutely love it as much as my daughter does! Well she recently moved in an apartment and I bought it for her but it eases a lot of worrying cause she can check and see who is at door before she answers it!

This Doorbell is a duplicate for me so I can just swap it out as the charge goes low, so I was used to the full install/setup which was a little tedious with the whole house install. But RING service is available and a big help. We're appreciating the extra level of security the RING system provides.

Everyone needs a Ring on the front of their home! We are able to see everything going on in front of our home when we are not their. Great “security” when you have children of they age that they can come and go. We always know when they leave and come home…..when their friends visit and we are not home. Could live without it

Very easy to install, setup and adjust to your need. The motion detection is great and I love how it alerts me on my phone.

I was super excited to get this and had really high hopes for it but I kinda regret getting it. I’ve owned this doorbell and another Ring floodlight for a few years now and I’ve really been debating on just getting rid of them and replacing them entirely. I didn’t realize this before purchasing, which I get is my fault, but I didn’t realize you needed a monthly subscription to use basically all of the advertised features. Oh well, that’s fine, I got a subscription anyways, but the subscription cost has raised slightly almost every year now yet there are never really any new features or anything. I just noticed the other day actually, Ring did add new features, but locked it behind ANOTHER separate subscription. I really don’t get why they felt the need to make an entirely new and separate subscription add-on when I’m already paying one. I’ll miss out on those features since I really refuse to support their greed, but it does bother me that the camera quality is pretty lackluster. Especially in low-light environments, you really can’t see much as the night vision is pretty bad. It does the trick though I guess. I’m sure there’s better options and especially ones from companies that don’t try to nickel and dime you, but this product is probably below average. I would maybe have it for a vacation home or property that I’m not at often, but I really would not recommend this for a primary home.

Got it to replace our tradition door bell. It works with our existing chime. Easy to install and set up.

The ring camera is amazing. It does exactly what I need it to do and more. It’s great for those who buy things online often like me. The ring app gives me a notification when I get a package and it’s great because I’ve heard of packages going missing and such. I got the ring camera just for a doorbell and camera at first but I love the other features as well.

I had heard from a friend how much they love it...so I bought one...it is awesome. Clear video and sound, easy to install.

Really enjoyed it. Mine got stolen but they resent me one. But it does make me feel safe after my apartment got shot at three times it makes you see who's wondering outside to sometimes may surprise you haha be safe thank you ring

We are very happy with our ring doorbell. Our only complaint is the battery doesn’t last as long as they say. We live on a busy street and so it picks up cars a lot but it also doesn’t record as long as we set it to and it stops recording after a certain length even though we set it for the longer. Either way it’s still a pretty decent video doorbell for the price. My advice is buying a WiFi extender so that you are not having to wait for it to load up the live feeds.

Easy to install! Good picture. Doesn't pick up passing cars so it isn't always going off.
