Definite Need In Sketchy Neighborhoods

It gives me motion alerts so I don't need to stay near the front door when I am expecting a delivery. I can see everything from my phone or iPad and can check what's happening outside my front door. I can also use pre-programmed replies to answer when someone rings the doorbell. I still haven't explored everything this can do but will certainly get around to that. But for right now, it's doing what I expected it to do. Installation was a bit tricky as it had to be mounted on to a brick wall and our drill wasn't powerful enough but once it was up, it was great. Initially bought the no drill mount but after looking at the mount decided to return it as there was no way it would stay up. Also bought the ring chime pro but couldn't quite get both to sync and would always lose connection - must be the Wi-Fi strength in the house. Also I realised that I wouldn't need it so returned that as well. Reasonably priced and got what I wanted ... Would definitely recommend this doorbell !!!

It has far more options. The pictures are much clearer, and the range is great. I have gone as far and recommend it to some of my families and neighbors.
