Has right and left tilt, up and down tilt, and the best part is it also extends outward to one has clearance to get behind to work with connections.

I used it to mount a 65in Samsung NU8000 TV above a fireplace mantle. The easy snap in feature is nice when you are installing such a large semi-heavy object solo

Solid construction and easy to install.
