Both she and her husband have been pleased with the picture quality and performance. My residence is several states away, however I recently had the opportunity to see and use the TV first hand via an extended visit, subsequent stay at their home. Though I have only higher priced Q and O-LED sets in my home, I was impressed by the picture quality from this significantly lower priced alternative.
