Had a few hiccups but had my contractor father in law do a few tweaks for it to work perfectly above my fireplace. Build quality seems pretty good. It's very solid. I've used Sanus in the past and has worked great before. Seems like this one will be great for years also.

The material is very sturdy. Six screws to the wall stud. Feels very secure to extend the 86 inch/65 lbs TV away from the wall and change the angle as needed.

I've had mine on the wall for over a year now and it works great. So far there is no sway or play in the mount. I would highly recommend the Sanus Elite.
