    When they brought this into my house I couldn’t believe how beat up the box was!! It was like someone was going to throw away the box & they retrieved it out of trash. Then they shoved maybe a used mount. I guess I feel that if you pay for something full price everything shouldn’t be beat up!

    it was not what I expected, I was to understand that the TV could be tilted and easily and moved a few degrees to the left or right, you need two people one on each side and you have to lift while doing so. I would have bought a different one if I knew of this problem
