    I was not sure that this would work in my office with the tilt of the TV screen; however, I am pleasantly surprised. I am so happy I made this purchase for my office. The ability to move the TV in different directions is phenomenal. I have no ergonomic issues with working at my desk *and* watching TV. Excellent!

    All works, though the swivel left and right does not stay in place at all positions. The scissors move too freely allowing weight of tv and power cord etc to move tv back to center position.

    Sits close to the wall, but outlet needs to be placed outside the mounting square. Mine would've been placed too low for my taste. Otherwise a great design. Of my already installed outlet was placed slightly higher, I would've rated 5 stars.

    The only issue is the bracket doesn't stay in place i have to keep adjusting it because its not tight enough to stay in place

    Will return as son in law already had a mounting bracket. I had bought the a new Sony 65 OLED to replace their 13 yo tv.

    I wish it would pull out more than just a few inches. Next time I’ll probably go with a more expensive tv mount that pulls out at leat 6-12 inches and perhaps turns to the side.

    The Mount is great but the delivery was not. Shipt cancelled my order for no reason and I ended up having to go to the store and buy another mount. Now I am having issues with getting a refund on the items that there shoppers decided to cancel. Talked to CS multiple times and each time they say its handled its not. Even now after 2 weeks i just had another agent say 7-10 more buisness days before I may see the refund from my order. Such a shame.

    Just okay. Nightmare of no instructions and a worthless explanation video/customer service. Product seems serviceable but doesnt reek of high quality construction. Too expensive to be wary.
