Don’t do it

I returned and bought a wall mount on Amazon for half of the price. I wasn’t comfortable with putting my tv on the stand because of the latch just didn’t seem to be snug tight on.

Poor build

I’m not happy at all. Alive the $100 price I would expect it move fluent and it feel like a solid pice. The only reason I haven’t returned it is that it’s mounted. It also sits off the wall too far. Not worth it

Doesn’t serve the purpose

I wanted to be able to tilt the TV down when watching and push it back flat when not watching. Unfortunately the installers told me I couldn’t do that because it would likely damage the TV. Wondering why Best Buy would recommend and sell me this mount when it doesn’t serve the purpose I need it to??

I have been required by Best Buy to reschedule this appoint 5 times. The installers failed to call or show up the first time. I then rescheduled but Best Buy cancelled the next appoint and I was asked to reschedule again. This has repeated itself so much it now meets the definition of insanity. At this point I want to give up. This is the worst experience in 30 years. I will AVOID future purchases from Best Buy

Not a good value

This design does not work with my over-the-fireplace mounting space...it won't allow the TV to be centered because the left vertical bar would cover the power outlet.
