Sales people in the store made promises that could not be fulfilled. The installers were professional and I have no beef with them. However , my overall experience was disappointing!

This one feels much cheaper and the metal bracket is loose causing my tv to be a little bit lopsided on one side I did not return due to hassle of taking tv down and returning
