Sold incorrect mount by sales person

Was corrected when I explained to a guy at Christiana so had to buy a second mount & return the other.

Cheap plastic

Best Buy is trash

Poor geek squad service

Came out 3 times and still dont k iw what they are doing. Had me buy extra stuff and still unabke to complete the job. Still waiting

Geek Squad was useless

The television is currently on a table, in front of the wall mount - WHICH I INSTALLED - no service was completed by Geek Squad personnel. The television was not even removed from the box.

Still works, just need a replacement.
