Beautiful (if a W/D can be considered as such) and sleek in design. Surprisingly large capacity and relatively quiet. Love that the controls for both units are waist high (no ladder needed for the dryer) and thats its a “smart” appliance….so i get notified through my LG phone app when a cycle is complete

I bought this unit to conserve space, which it has. I also like that it's easy to load, because my fiancée is disabled and had trouble with top loaders. The machine itself cleans and dries effectively and has many settings to choose.

Bought this laundry center for a recent remodel project. The installation was flawless and installers were extremely helpful and efficient! Furthermore, the laundry center is exceptional and a great replacement to our old outdated units!

Love this unit. It is compact and space saving. It washes great and dries very fast. The size is smaller than I have been used to, but I washed my comforter and dried it and it did great! I love the short 15 minute wash.

I went elsewhere and got burned just like my old dryer was burning clothes. I couldn’t be happier with this wash tower. The guys who delivered & installed it , upstairs, were A+! Why did I waste my time at Home Depot? Never again! Best Buy is the best place to buy major appliances! Thank you!

Being elderly and familiar with the dinosaur age of appliances, where things were built to last and washing machines used gallons and gallons of water, I admit it’s been an adjustment getting used to the modern age of energy-consciousness. That being said, this thing is gorgeous, full of personality, and does a fine job cleaning and drying clothes. My wife is the user so I’ll share some of her comments. When doing towels, they don’t seem completely dry so I sometimes just run it a little longer than the computer recommends. I wish there was a light in the washing machine that comes on when removing the clothes as some smaller items tend to stick to the sides and it’s pretty dark in there. Other than that, we love this beast and after only a few months of use- would definitely recommend.

We absolutely love our new LG stackable washer & dryer. Both units are super quiet and do an awesome job cleaning our laundry. They fit perfect in our small laundry / mud room and love that they don't take up alot of space. Thanks LG! Thanks Best Buy!

Absolutely beautiful set. Don’t look any further… I love the way it lights up at night and I love that it sends a msg to your phone when the cycle is complete… it’s big and beautiful… it took me six months to pick one out and I’m so happy I took my time in doing so…

I love this washing tower! It’s not only beautiful, but it is also a fantastic space saver. My clothes come out cleaner, and the spin cycle is excellent. Unlike my previous washer, my clothes don’t come out dripping. The dryer is remarkable as well. The wrinkle care cycle is terrific! My jeans come out with almost no wrinkles at all. I love this duo!

I had a great experience from the delivery to it working properly for all uses on it. Of course it is new so I can revise this once I have it a year. It is easy to use and haven't had any problems using any of the cycles. Love the added extras like steaming and wrinkle free with drying. Also so everyone knows this comes in as one piece. I haven't seen anyone mention this. The delivery guys were exceptional and out of here within an hour with everything set up and even tried it before leaving.

Love the LG new wash tower. The compact size of the unit is amazing and you don’t lose the space inside. Can still wash the same size loads that I could with my side by side separate front loaders. The only con I can see to it is the washer is very low to the ground. So someone who is 6’1 you do have to get down on your knees to get the clothes out of the washer. The IQ technology to have it alert me on my phone when it is complete is a great feature! Reminds me I put laundry in since the unit is very quiet.

I absolutely love my washer and dryer tower. I have had it several years and it works great and have had no issues at all. The look is sharp and my small laundry room looks great. I highly recommend.

I actually really like this stacked combo unit. Plenty of pros and only a few cons. The unit firs great in my laundry room and is slim enough to allow me to put a folding table in the room with it. Its extremely quiet, I can barely hear it running unless im right next to it. Its very heavy and hard to move around, so if you get one, be prepared and have someone around to help. Most laundry rooms are not set up fpr stackable, so you should also have a plan for covering the cords and hoses

I LOVE this unit. It’s fits perfectly in my small laundry space and its so efficient when running. It even has an app that notifys you when your wash/dryer load is finished. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a compact yet powerful unit

Absolutely love this washer and drier so far! I love the super easy settings as I run an Airbnb business and get can loads of laundry done quickly! So far I have zero complaints with this washer and drier and it’s SOO quiet to operate.

Purchased to replace a 12 year old LG stacked unit in a bathroom alcove of our in-law suite, not due to any breakdown but more to address difficulty reaching the old dryer for vertically challenged family members. The waist height controls for both the washer and dryer was the most appealing feature, although upon first few uses the quiet performance even on spin cycle is impressive, the controls are intuitive and everything feels well designed and assembled. Liked it so much we ordered a second unit in gray for the upstairs laundry room. Haven't played with smart features yet, that'll be next. Fortunately got both on Labor Day sale at $600 off per set.
