It is a bit hard to review the item when the delivery team arrived and it had a large dent on the top. It was clearly dropped but they claimed a manufacturer defect. Best buy offered a discount to keep the item however after the return window expired the dryer would not function properly. Went round and round with Best Buy being told had to contact delivery company then LG but finally an awesome tech from the Geek Squad came to the rescue and got it returned for me. Now that I have a new perfect machine it works great. Remember to clean the cyclinder!

I LOVE this wash tower! It is quiet and has a beautiful design. The only negative it that you cannot remote start it unless the feature is activated on the washer each time which defeats the purpose. I guess the feature is only beneficial for running the extra wash cycle settings that you can only get from the app.

Washes and dries clothes very well. Very quit too. Also love the app that tells me when the wash is done. Also I like how the controls for both machines are in the center.

The quietest washing machine (dryer combo) I’ve ever had. No need for stacking kit for this model because the dryer is part of the set, a one piece set.

Absolutely love this set! They look great, much quieter than my old set, and just seems really quality. I love that all the controls are right in the middle. Makes everything much easier.

Because I had to have a stacked unit for a kitchen inside my condo, this was perfect. No agitator - easy to use middle control (no reaching to the top on a stacked unit) - good looking so no door or curtain needed to hide it. The only thing I hate is not as many wash options using the control panel - they want you to use the app, which is not great for older folks.

I've only had the machine for a couple of weeks, but so far I like it. It is very quiet and does not shake like my old front loading machine. The drums are large. I didn't have to dry my king size sheets in 2 separate loads like my old dryer. The washer is also easier to clean.

The LG Front Load stacked Washer Dryer works beautifully. I had a new utility room installed in my lower level apartment and it's a godsend. I'm very happy with the results the new washer/dryer provide -- both in convenience and in the performance!

My new LG washer/dryer tower is the perfect solution for my tiny laundry closet. It is quiet and easy to use. It cleans clothes completely. My husband notice how clean his clothes smelled. The steam setting on the dryer is great for pillows and a quick freshen up of clothing.

I love this Washtower! It is so easy to use, and I can reach the controls since it is one unit. My laundry gets very clean. The Washtower looks awesome in our laundry room, and the height is perfect; I can still keep my bar for hanging Dri Fit items.

Very pleased with the LG washtower. East to operate. Clothes come out clean and fresh. My king size quilt fit in the washer and dryer.

So far so good. I like the fact they are connected and not separate machines.

Love my new washtower! Very quiet and convenient to use. The control buttons are in great location in the middle. Love being able to see whatever items might be lingering in the back of the dryer when I remove the clean clothes. This system is perfect for short people!

I’m in love with this stacked washer and dryer. The capacity is much larger than our old one. So many options for the settings. The dryer also dries very fast. I highly recommend!
