    Works sporadically. Way too much dowloading of various software to get it running. Still haven't figured out how to scan documents. :/

    I like the printer a lot,it does a good job printing, scanning & coping. I haven't tried faxing yet because I don't have the need to fax very often. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that loading cartilages is not as easy as I would like. But other than that it is a great little printer.

    This product sometimes jams up the paper and you have to Order ink. Best Buy does not carry ink for this printer

    Have not printed yet. It took me a while before I could install the ink cartridges because I didn't want to push too hard. Finally, I was determined and pushed hard. It worked. I will change review when I use printer. Hope this is ok!
