Printer does the job and ink deal is better than I expected.

I bought this for my home office. It's perfect for what I need. I didn't want a printer that was too big. Set-up was easier than expected. I love the convenience of getting inc mailed to me. I also nice how easy it is to scan. Perfect for any one Who works from home as well as at your office. The price was excellent!

Excellent and Good Printer! Fulfill all my expectations!

I seemed to have connectivity issues however this was a quality made printer. The ink program HP offers is a great idea. I worked remotely with HP but could not resolve the issues I had with connecting. If it had worked I would have enjoyed the 3 in 1 capabilities and monthly ink membership.

I have used this plenty of times since January. I love it! Worth the money. Also, customer service responds very quickly!

Nice printer. Just wish it printed 2 sided, but it's a very good printer.

So far this is well worth the price . My wife shops around for best prices for the product. And this is a very good printer scanner for home office.

This printer took some getting used to, but is working well.

At first the setup was giving me a hard time, the printer was not reading the ink especially the black . Contacted HP and I was enrolled in instant ink and that did the trick once it arrive. The printer is flawless.

This printer is pretty compact, and can fit almost any desk type. It makes it very accessible, and the quality of the print is pretty good for the price.

A little noisy when it is getting ready to print. otherwise does a good job

I have not used it much, but it jammed the first time I tried to print a test page.

For my daughter College dome use something small and save space

Was good till tried to set up service for the 6 months of free ink but was too difficult never was able to use the service.

Setup is a pain, being forced to use the HP app is not a good experience

Poor quality. I used it to scan mostly and used it about 6 times. Printed twice and it started to print 95% of the page leaving the edge unprinted. Everything is new so how can it start to malfunction. I don't recommend this product.

Easy to use, easy to set up, works great, compact.

This printer was a nightmare to set up. After downloading HP Smart and trying to follow all prompts, it notified me that it could not automatically download the driver etc. I then followed direction to do it manually, without success. I tried numerous work arounds. No dice. One thing it did was to request a password from my keychain. I tried all logical passwords I had. Nada. I enlisted my firm's IT guru. No way. Finally, at some point a page popped up which seemed to say everything was enabled (although everything else said it wasn't.) My IT guy said try to print something. I did and it did. A lot of time wasted and a lot of unnecessary frustration. Then I tried to sign up for Instant Ink. Not as time consuming, but again I had to backtrack and go to multiple screens before I finally succeeded. Why should two processes that should be routine be so screwed up with totally inadequate step by step direction? And no--I am fairly computer literate. The printer itself seems fine, so far.
