I missed the returned window on this and literally threw it in the trash. You’re locked into using the printer software with registration etc. It is ridiculously over complicated as far as set up goes. HP support was never able to help me. This should be a simple machine instead HP builds all their proprietary nonsense into it and ruins it. Don’t waste your time.

I have to keep turning off and back on when I want to use it.

ive owned nothing but HP printers in the past & they have been easy to use. While the setup on this printer is fast & easy using the HP app ….. printing is a *itc* …… printer wont print over wifi & when you send something to the app to print it takes forever to proccess / then errors out part way through the proccess……… i thought this might be a cheaper long term solution to my print needs with the instant ink subscription but going to return it & buy the expensive ink for my old non-instant ink compatible HP printer

Excellent printer/copier/fax/scan. Good value for the money. You will have to call HP Support to complete set up. C/S Rep gave me 3 extra months of free ink refills - so I have a total of 9 months of free ink! Very happy with customer service and entire experience!!!

This is a great device to have on hand in the home. You can print wirelessly which is extremely convenient. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come with a manual or instructions, so you have to Google anything you need to know.

Printer works quite well. Its fullfilling my needs in my home office.

I really like this printer especially in ‘quiet mode’ but I could only give it three stars because of the difficult set up and because it loses it’s WiFi connection after a short time and can only be reconnected by switching off and on again. Reading reports on line it seems I’m not the only one with this problem. HP, sit up and take note, do something about it, maybe a software or firmware modification! My instant ink supply arrived within a few days but I haven’t had to install the cartridges yet. The original ones are still going strong (3 weeks use to date)

Good printer, especially for the price. Has all the features needed in a home office or small business office. Easy set-up process and easy to connect wirelessly to all my devices. Great combination of functionality and value.

This is a decent all in one for the home. There were some hiccups after the initial set up but once connected, it does the job. Did not read those five stars because once in a while, My device is loose connectivity and then I have to reset the printer to get it going again.

Read the reviews after buying & most of them said it was difficult to connect to. I bought it for my sons for college, figuring they are pretty tech savvy they could do it.....it took them a while but they did finally connect to it.

Absolutely horrible. I got maybe 10 pages out of this printer. Set up was lengthy, even worse the printer would barely catch the paper to print. Took forever to print and would come out sideways.. Now it won't connect to WIFI and no back up way to connect. Also searched for help on HP website, multiple trouble shooting actions.. Even downloaded a printer wizard, nothing. If I could give zero stars, I would. HP will never see a dime of my money again, so disappointed. Best buy should take this off the market.
