I also like the HP tools and HP instant program. For the cost of $125.00 this printer is totally worth it. Great Buy

Looks Good On Paper, Not So Good In Practice

HOWEVER, after having it for a couple weeks and trying multiple times to connect it wirelessly to my desktop HP, I still can't get it to work. The HP site is absolutely no help as the machine keeps failing to send out a connectable wireless signal that my desktop can see. I've set up many wireless accessories, including printers, so I do know how to do it, too. Very disappointing.

W print around 20 pages a week if lucky. Last 3 months Having different problems with the printer. Receive error codes, When it starts to print then stop printing have to wait from 30 seconds to 2 minutes finish the printer. Show up offline twice a week. When making a copy the paper doen't feed sometimes. have to push little.

The whole purpose was to eliminate wires and seems like I am going to have to add the wire to connect to my laptop. Image is not bad. On the app, there isn't a cancel job button that actually works. The thing froze and kept printing and printing and it didn't want to turn off so I had to unplug it. Waited a few hours and repluged it and it kept printing the same image. I just left it and wasted about have my ink cartridges. Sucks.

I was so pleased to buy it for my daughter for college the very same day. She uses it everyday and it was an easy set up! The product is everything it said it was.
