    I've always loved HP Products, I do have to say that am not to satisfied with how this one prints. I hope is just my settings or something that am doing wrong, but when I print something out it looks blurry and not very clear.

    Bought this in February 2023. It worked a few times for copies but never seemed to work from computer despite being attached. Today I tried again to print a download. Push the printer icon and print comes up but only lets me save (already saved) and despite multiple tries, never actually prints. Had an old HP for years that did everything, even real photos. Nothing electronic is close to earlier standards.

    For a person like me who is not a techie this has been difficult printer to finish setting up. I have yet to get it to communicate with my laptop. You Tube was not very helpful. I can not afford to pay extra for Geek squad to come to my home. I have difficulty understanding directions over the phone.

    I have had this printer for two weeks. So far I have printed from my iPhone and have scanned about 10 pages of documents. So far, so good!

    Be wary of this printer. Though the spec sheet states there is a USB port, HP has removed it and is strictly wireless. It did not connect directly to my iPhone, I would have to have a home network and where I was using this, I did not have a network. I was able to return it, that was the highlight.
