Good WiFi reach, clear printing, great price, ink cartridges are also a great price. Only thing is that it is a little loud when it prints.

Had to get help with setup… but the costumer service rep was very patient ang knowledgeable in helping to set up. It prints ok some of the words are dark or ink is smeared . I haven’t had it for long and actually haven’t set down to see why… but I will but it prints abd the speed of print is good .

It is a great copier that completes well and holds paper well. The scanner is great to have. The colors print well. We use it mainly for homeschooling. Easy to connect to your devices as well.

The printer, itself, was fine. The application/location of use was the issue. I planned to use in a 2nd home condo. We share a wifi address in all condos. This forced me to have to use PRINTDIRECT wifi setting to print; log out of wifi used to obtain document, log into Printer wifi, print, then log back into condo wifi....too much trouble. NO DIRECT connection port available on this printer. This should be more clear in the description.

A great printer! worked as designed until it was dropped. all the HP setup and acct stuff was a lot of hoops to jump through though.

The quality of printing is excellent however I am still trying to figure out the feed format for scanning. I have my printer in a cabinet and by the time you expand all the trays to feed the paper and receive the finished item you must remember to adjust the printer so the paper comes out correctly.

I always buy HP printers and this one also provides good print quality and also has many features and functions that you would expect. I also got this on sale which was great. I am using this in my dorm room at college.

Great printer. Love the compact size, white color and quality prints! The price was grest too. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

This is an inexpensive printer. It does a nice job of printing and scanning but many of the parts appear to be very fragile. I handle it gingerly and it does everything I wanted it to do when I purchased it.

If you need a basic printer then this will work just fine. For our needs it’s a good printer to use. It’s not fast and the paper feeder is limited in the number of sheets of paper so if those are important then choose another one. The printing quality really good.

The new printer is easy enough to use,& gives a good copy. What it does not do is flip the paper so that it will print on both sides. You have to reinstall the paper and hit continue. Probably my fought for not reading the box better.

Easy setup,the quality of the ink is the best and also you can get the inscription with the Hp Smart printer and don’t worry about ink, and is very convenient to print out from a computer or you phone.

Perfect printer .. not too big not too small.. easy set up.. you need to download the HP printer app.. best thing about it .. you can send a fax by phone.. easy ..so far I’m 100% happy with it.

It does what it says on the tin. I would have given it 5 starts except I would not connect to my network until I hard wired it, then it found the network and I was able to unplug the wired connection.

Good value with great price point... solid printer & easy to set-up, but profile was a bit too tall for my space so I replaced it with an HP ENVY 6455e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer with built-in document feeder tray (allowing for a shorter profile).

The print quality is good, but it often goes offline. It’s a problem when you don’t have desk space to hardwire it to the computer. Any, who…buy if your looking for good print quality at a low price and I suggest you have some desk space for it.

I love this printer. It is easy to use. It takes just a few moments to set up. The best part is that it is wireless and can be used from anywhere in the home. The prints are of good quality also.

The new interface that HP uses on it's new lower priced printers isn't as good as the old ones with the screen interface IMO. Still. it offers great features for the $99 price and it performs well. Just have to adjust to the buttons.
