    Love this printer it faxes prints and scans(de what it has a few bugs that need to be fixed). I even got a free six months sub. on hp ink supply. Only thing I dislike is when the printer prints thing I didn't want or when Printing from my phone and it come out super big and when the printer doesn't connect .

    Very impressive looking however ease of use is something you must rely compleetley on hp smart and I am struggelimg with this display and lack of consistency in scaning especially. The peinter doesnt take long to print, is not too loud and its simple to make a colored ir black and white copy however relyimg on hp smart after replacing an existing printer is another story. I feel like i bought the cheaper model rather than 1 twice price I treated the family to hopeing for a longer lasting printer. It has some nice features but generally Id have taken a 70 buck printer that was loud and had some issues over this purchase.

      First, I recommend that you follow a guide on our support site to installing and using the HP Smart App, especially the FAQ portion, which covers common questions as well as difficulties users have encountered. It covers operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, Android and iOS. Find that guide here:
