    Very happy with my purchase. This printer is affordable AND works well. The only thing that gives a little hiccup is when it pulls for paper. I have to push it down almost every time it needs a new piece but its STILL 5 star purchase.

    I purchased this for my home office so that I could scan documents to my laptop. The setup seemed easy until I had to actually use it on a regular basis. I ended up having to search for Troubleshooting help because I was having problems both printing & scanning. It frequently went 'offline' or errored out when trying to use it. I was able to finally fix it by Googling the printer name and issue. I found a link to an HP website that fixed the driver issue. Since then, it's been fairly consistent in being ready to scan/print when needed without having to restart the printer.

    Affordable and solid printer ! Bought total tech support and this is peace of my mind incase in the future something happens . Geek squad helped me out with my printer before so know while I’m in nursing school I have it so I don’t need to worry about printer issues and stress associated with it .
