After I figured how to work it- it i great. I forgot to ask how to copy so wasn't to smart in figuring it out. Luckily my son came buy & taught me how. I think that was all my fault. He could have told me & I didn't hear him- I am hard of hearing. I appreciated his attitude, knowhow, & work. Thank you.

This HP printer does exactly as advertised. It does well for what I needed to do. I did have a little problem with the set up. Just had some problems with the download and getting it connected. I'm usually pretty good with that kind of thing, I did get it figured out and it really works well.

We bought this in a pinch before traveling. It was a nightmare to install and I have had to reinstall my Dell laptop a dozen times. I can't get it to work with my mother's desktop at all. Intrusive software requires you to be online and connected through HP apps, with your data also shared with Google and Adobe. I tried setting up without agreeing to any data transfer and was simply unable to proceed. (It may be possible, but not for this reasonably experienced computer user.) Purchase price seems relatively low--because of course *you* are the product and you also get killed on the ink. Dinky cartridges last about five minutes, what a waste of resources. Our last HP inkjet printer 4630 was a dream. It lasted over 10 years, had full scan/print functionality including double sided and auto feed. A good experience overall which is why we turned to HP this time. Never again. HP has lost this customer for life.

Printer is good. Set up easy. Insta ink offer did not work

Unfortunately the printer doesn't connect to the laptop without a wire; the multiple scanning/printing doesn't function as it scrunches up the paper and jams/stops working (be careful not to rip the paper when taking it out!); but if all you want to do is print and scan one-at-a-time, it's perfect! Bought for emergency medical documentation printing/scanning, not quite happy with the purchase. Very frustrating.

Easy set-up - we were printed in just a few minutes right out of the box. It was simple to transfer our HP ink subscription to this printer & received replacement ink within a week of purchasing the printer. Printing is a bit of a noisy process but works well & generates a quality document.

As someone who uses a cricut and makes stickers! This printer is great! Make sure to use printable vinyl if making stickers. Thanks HP and best buy!

Printer seems to work great. Had a hard time connecting it to print wireless however.

Love this printer. It's small and lightweight and fulfills all my needs. I'm able the fax, make copies, print and scan. It's small but it's a powerhouse.

I did not get enough info from booklet with printer. I did not take advantage of the ink offer although I wanted to because they said I could not do WiFi because I didn't have the right equipment. I have an Xfinity modem with my desktop computer and pay a monthly fee for internet to them.Why does this printer advertise this ink offer if I can't use it???

Stopped working after a few years. Should last longer in my opinion. You get what you pay for. I bought a more expensive printer from HP [Love the Company for printers] and I am happy with it.

I have enjoyed my HP-Deskjet 4155e all-i- one printer. I am a technology dummy, but was capable to install it. The printer was delivered expeditiously, and it has saved me trips to the UPS store to have my documents faxed. I have already received my free ink. I read some reviews, but this printer is perfect for ME. Everything is amazing!

The printer is fast and the print and color is great! The ink is EXPENSIVE!
