Set-up instructions could be improved. Having issues setting it up on my computer.

This was a printer I specifically bought so that I could scan in very old recipes from my mother. I got it at a very good price and it set up very easily. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this to replace my other HP that lasted 10 years without a problem. That’s why I stuck with an HP to replace it with. It’s a great printer that handles all tasks and on sale it was a great value and within my budget. I’d recommend it to anyone, no complaints

Works awesome, easy to use. Fast and easy to print.

This is the worst printer I’ve ever bought. When it decides to work it works fine. But 80% of the time it says offline. You print out the status and it says it’s connected and the signal is excellent. Yet I can’t print and all the lights are blinking. It’s going in the garbage. The aggravation is not worth it. I print probably 10 pages a month and every time I do it takes me 10 minutes trying to figure out what the issue is. I’m buying a Brother or Epson. Will NEVER buy an HP product again.

It was time for a new printer! Wanted something financially available and great results! my printer is used for printing stickers as a small business this item is perfect!

I am happy with this purchase. This printer meets my needs. I was looking for an inexpensive printer that I can use to printout letters, warranties, etc. It is not too loud. It came with an added feature of offering a 6 month supply of ink. I prints fast enough for me. I would recommend this printer to others.

Set up was easy, the first time putting in the print cartridges was easy, but I did have to search online for the exact way of doing so. The print quality if great, Use of the scan and copy features could be a little easier.

There is a problem with the printer to print. I will scan but will not print. There are pending documents that I do not know where to go to delete and they continue to print. I do not like this at all. It does not read the document to print. Go into to see if the printer is downloaded to the computer it says no. I have downloaded it more that once and after you print for awhile it will tell you the printer is not there.

Overall it works pretty well and serves it’s purpose. I don’t print much.

HP 4155 meets my needs at present time. This unit is slow and does not connect to the internet very fast. A lot of the time it says "printer off line". I have to keep rebooting printer until it finally kicks in.

The HP-Deskjet 4155e is a very good wireless printer. Great quality at a great price.

good printer for the price, you get what you pay for

When I first set it up it was awesome! For the price it’s totally worth it.. however it only worked wireless for one day.. I didn’t use it after that day for some time but still, it shouldn’t be an issue given my wireless network didn’t change. But now I have to use a cord from another printer, luckily that I had, in order to use it. It will work excellent if you have a usb cord compatible with the printer to hook up to your computer, but other than that, it’s pretty basic. I tried a hard reset and everything to reconnect, maybe it’s my network, but I highly doubt that. Either way I still love it.

Since purchasing this printer I am very pleased with its performance and ease for initial start up. Definitely like the technology feature for instant ink feature when ink cartridges are low another ink cartridge supply is in the mail. Ideal for home or office. Thinking about purchasing a extra one for 2nd residence when there.

I am very pleased with the product and the very resonable cost. The quality of the print in either black & white or color is exceptional.
