    I bought this printer as a replacement for my 90 year old mothers printer that had stopped working. Very simple set-up out of the box and configuration was a breeze. Price was great and delivery was actually early! Thanks again Best Buy!

    This printer is very user-friendly, easy to set up and a breeze to use. I’m so happy to be able to print things from my phone and laptop without having to connect a cable or cord. The price is also very reasonable

    Thrilled with the performance Prints and Scans so fast! Also very happy with the amount of papers I can scan as opposed to one at a time! Definitely would recommend this product!

    I haven't used it much since it was installed by Geek Squad on 8/27/22. But, I am sorry that it doesn't have 2 features that I enjoyed on my former HP printer: i.e., doesn't print back-to-back, and is much bulkier/larger than former model. I selected this model because it was recommended as closest to the former model.

    It’s a good printer, but unless you’re directly next to the router for the wifi it has some trouble connecting. but overall a great printer!

    This printer is awesome, works great and prints with great quality. It also scans well and its fast, i have it setup with Wi-Fi and i print from my laptop and cell phone. You need to download the app to be able to print from your phone, the app also tells you how much ink you have left among other apps to print.

    Great price. Easy to set up & download printer program icon. Will do everything anybody would need for scan, fax, print, copy. Don't need to be a computer programming expert to learn how to use it; young children could easily use it. Definitely recommended.

    Bought a wireless printer, proved to be easy to connect. Has good directions to connect and operate. We don’t use it a lot but is very capable to handle my work load. It was on sale at the time which was even better.

    The HP DeskJet 4155e is a great machine. Easy to setup and works like it should. I retired my old more expensive printer - it never would communicate with the same computer the 4155e is synced with! I am super happy to have a scanner again and a quality product that works. Thanks HP and Best Buy!

    Very much needed. Highly recommended, especially the fact that its a 2 in 1 (Printer/Scanner). Also download the HP Smart app, makes it more easy to use and follow up on its function and ink supplies level.
