    It was easy to install.But Norton made it a little confusing. HD had three simple steps to take, but Norton wanted me to give the printer a password. HD came to my rescue.

    This printer turns out better prints/copies than my Epson printer ever did. I also love the auto-online system for tracking ink levels and mailing refills when needed. The only glitch was in the online set-up process, but everything turned out okay in the end. I'm glad I switched from Epson to an HP printer.

    I originally has an issue where the HP 4155e printer would not print in color from my saved documents. I ended up deleting the device and when I reset it up I was given 2 choices for printers then pciked the correct one. I didn't realize it was not a duplex printer but figured out how to do it manually. This works for my personal needs.

    Good basic printer. I also have the Envy6455 and have had a lot of issues with paper jams and needing to restart all the time. Sometimes keeping it simple is just best.

    This was an upgrade from previous HP printer and this model was so much easier to setup than prior model. Smart HP app is simple and concise. My only concern is my involvement in HP's print/ink program. Somewhat confusing. However, equipment is great.

    good printer for the price, love that you get the offer from HP to get printer ink cartridges deliver at home. Good quality and good price for the printer. Would recommend to anybody looking for a simple all in one printer for simple home, work or school purposes.

    It works well as most other printers. Only issue is the connectivity was an incredible hassle to work with, best to purchase a separate cable and link it to your PC or whatnot.

    It's a budget printer. Very affordable, and the wireless feature gives it a plus. Printing, scanning and copying form the HP app is easy and eliminates the cables. On the downside, the printing speed is kind of low.
