    The printer does a good job printing. The only comment I have is the size of the paper holder is extremely small. You will find yourself reloading paper quite a bit if you do a lot of printing. Since we don't print a lot it's fine for us.

    I like the printer. This was a good deal for the price. However, I've been to busy to take advantage of the auto order of ink cartridges but will do so soon to curtail costs. I have been purchasing cartridges at full price and its time to change that practice.

    The purchase of a new Dell desktop computer necessitated the purchase of a new printer because drivers were no longer available. The old printer (HP OfficeJet) was still totally functional after 10 years so I chose another HP OfficeJet. It's nothing fancy but satisfies my minimal requirements for printing, scanning and copy functions.

    The laptop is a good laptop and easy to use. The one problem is that the keys are light grey and the letters on the keys are white which makes them difficult to see.

    The HP Deskjet we purchased from Best Buy has by far been one of the best we have owned. It has easy installation but the Geek Squad are always there to assist with their expertise. The HP Deskjet also came with extra ink cartridges and an easy online replacement.

    the printer itself is working well,,no thanks to your tech department..I had problems setting it up and spent 7 hours with two different techs and they could not figure out what was wrong.. I finally downloaded the manual(you might consider incuding it with the product) and figured out what all the buttons on the printer were for..I had mention to both techs the error button(found out what it was after downloading the manual) and neither one ask me to read the error message A VERY FRUSTRATING AND REALLY ANNOYING SITUATION.

    This printer was very easy to install! Thank you! I dreaded installing and actually procrastinated for 2 weeks because I felt that "Rage against the Machine" was someone talking about their printer! :-) I love this printer and it is working well!

    The printer is easy to set up and prints well. It sometimes does not connect to my computer if it is to far away from it. The power button does blink on and off at times, and I have to disconnect the printer and reconnect it and it stops.

    This has actually been the best printer by far I’ve purchased. You can print from anywhere as long a the printer is connected to WiFi.

    Easy set up and unboxing. Connections were a breeze. Really liked the 6 months of free ink. Idea for what I wanted. Wanted a simple and east to use printer with high quality photo printing as well as my daily printing needs. Wi-fi connections made it easy to connect to my computer.
