    I love my new HP Smart Printer. It is very easy to use and the ink subscription is great as it knows when the ink needs to be replaced and HP mails the ink to you.

    had to go through two lemon printers to find my way back to HP. nothing better than HP for printers. THey are user friendly and the quality is amazing

    HP-DeskJet4155e printer was relatively easy to install and has been working great for our first month (plus) of use. 6 months of free Instant Ink is a nice bonus !

    A great value for the money. The first one I got had a defect but it was easily replace with the Best Buy protection plan. I have had no problems with the second one.

    nice to have a working printer. starts printing as soon as print request goes in. had trouble opening ink cartridge door. neighbor showed me tab up over door.

    The appliances purchased were reasonably priced. I assisted myself based on items on display and then cash purchased. There really was no need for store workers help due to display of items and price tag which made my selection easy.

    Ok functions for a cheap price. Not my first choice. Bought an Envy approximately one year ago. It's not repairable.

    needed a new printer because current HP stopped working. was pleased was able to get is delivered same day as ordered thru best buy. its larger and bulkier than previous. had a few hiccups installing it.
