    I've had lots of problems with this model - actually all models from HP. When I need assistance, HP associates take 3- 5 hours troubleshooting and repairing the issue. My printer simply goes offline now and then - and it takes an act of congress to get it back on line. If I were younger and wealthy, I would find a better brand.
