After the initial set up and the WiFi was connected, I couldn’t print wirelessly because I kept getting password error. Almost two weeks in I printed the printer info which generated a password. I used the password and it worked. It would have been nice to know this because I was about to return the printer.

You can send out faxes from your devices via the app but I haven’t tried it yet. Liking the white color, it’s lightweight and is somewhat of a sleek design. Great thing about it, it prints wireless! Be patient getting it setup for wireless printing - took me a few tries but got it going for my MacBook. I had been looking for a printer for awhile - this was a good choice for me.

Always a light on for somthing . Usually the I light. And wont turn off My last two printers were cannons . I loved them. Seen this on sale and said sure why not. My cannon had stopped . And i homeschool. I have to waste so much time trying to get this one to work .its horrible. I thought was 30 day return but seen was 15 or it would have went back. Now i have to go buy another printer. I dont have time to be fighting with no printer. Garbage

Don't buy HP Printers I've learned my lesson

It has been nothing but a headache since I purchased it. The printer's inability to print on envelopes is frustrating, and I've wasted so much time trying to troubleshoot this issue. Despite being located right next to the router, the printer still has connectivity issues, and I often have to restart it multiple times before it will connect to my network. To make matters worse, the HP Smart app is terrible. It's slow and unresponsive, and buggy. This is my 3rd printer and I expected much better from HP, and I regret wasting my money. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable printer.
