    Printer is good and I like it.The guys on the floor completely ignored me when I asked for help find some specific models of printers.It seemed it was not worth their time helping someone just buying a printer. However the guy on the checkout was very helpful.

    some people are having difficulty with set up...your 4155e WILL NEED A FIRMWARE UPDATE before it works correctly. How do you do this? Follow the "Setup Guide." Once connected to wifi LET IT SIT FOR AN HOUR...it will update itself. You will know it's ready when it runs each of its motors for 1 or 2 seconds (as if you opened and closed the access door.) Now it prints, scans, and copies on my network, including phones. You'll have to do some hunting on Amazon to find usable non-HP ink.

    We recently purchased this printer and are very pleased with it! Great price and it is very easy to use. We would also like to say our Geek Squad member, Chris Cotton who came to install it for us, was tops in our book. Very delightful young man who was very dedicated and knowledgeable in setting it up for us! We highly recommend this printer to anyone!

    I am 86 and don't like change. I ran out of ink and thought my printer was broke and asked a friend to repair it. By the time he worked me into his schedule new ink came so I installed it and my printer worked and I cancelled my repair request. The print is neat and clear. I have no other problems with the printer. The price was reasonable, it is attractive and I'm sure when I get more used to it, it will be fine.
