    The staff was very helpful. I Had brought in my printer for potential repair and they researched and found that a new one of my brand was available. I asked for the same one if possible since I knew how to work it. They searched and found one was available. I was thrilled.

    Gotta say i hope youre savvy at setting it up cuz if you call HP customer service THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS!! Couldnt even give me basic info for setup. All they care about is selling freaking ink. I finally hung upnon them and bybthe grace of God i figured it out.

    This is my first new printer, as all previous ones were used or hand me downs. Wasn't sure what I needed, but this one has filled in all the boxes. I don't have a high volume of printing, but when it does print, I get an excellent copy and so far has been very easy to use, plus doesn't take up as much desk space as my previous printer.
