    It only lasted 1 year after purchase. It stop connecting to my computer and the would not come on. The power button just flashes. HP has failed me

    The hardware part of the printer is great but setup is cumbersome if you are connecting to a computer with a USB. HP customer support was worthless. I was able to resolve the setup myself after several hours and several attempts with HP support. Follow the instructions in the manual carefully. Once setup, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the printing.
