Exceptionally Poor Customer Service

The computer (and phone) found the printer but couldn't synch with the printer. I watched a You-tube video; no help there-I was doing everything right. Called HP; ended up being sent to an automated system after speaking with a person. They want you to go to the website to find a solution. Called again. Person sent me to a another person-turns out they aren't equipped to help me. They sent me on; ended up back at the automated system. Called a third time. Took someone 8 minutes to answer. By then I had packed up the printer and was in my car on the way to Best Buy. Best Buy was awesome. I was able to return the printer without an issue. No more HP products for me.

I used the app on my phone probably about 30 different times and my phone would connect to the printer and then about half the time it claimed it sent the Wi-Fi credentials to the printer but the printer would never connect. The other half of the time it would just time out and I would have to start over. On my computer I tried two separate computers using both the USB cord and however it would try to connect automatically another 20 or so times each. Once again about half the time it would send the credentials to the printer but then the printer would never connect to the Wi-Fi and the other half of the time it would just time out. When the printer was connected via USB my computer would see it and I could print from it but that defeats the whole purpose of having a Wi-Fi printer so I just returned it.

Had NO problem getting it to hook up to my network and I was amazed at all the things that I can print that are pre installed in the HP app!!! My daughter LOVES the coloring pages and so do I!!! Over all wonderful purchase

I went thru the entire setup and it printed just fine. Wait an hour, and it wouldn't print. Had to unplug it, plug it back in, then it'd work. I uninstalled and reinstalled, would work once, wait an hour, wouldn't print. Made no sense. It just wouldn't print. I tried HPs help chat, there was no option for "It just won't print", they tried to get me to troubleshoot wifi while the printer was showing connected to the wifi. I just didn't work. I have a low tolerance for technology that doesn't perform it's basic functions. This just wouldn't print. And when it did, it was blurry. I literally had to go next door to print the return label for this product, because it just wouldn't print. Good luck if you buy it.
